1. Who We Are

NRT Synergy SLLC ("we", "us", "our") registered and operating in the Republic of Bulgaria, has its principal place of business at: 65 Slivnitsa Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria, manufactures and sells custom-fit vehicle covers under the brand GCMCovers, operating across the European Union.

2. Data We Collect

When you interact with us we may collect:

• Order data — name, messenger handle, and vehicle details you share when placing an order via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or Facebook Messenger.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit, collected automatically via cookies only if you have given consent.

We do not collect payment card or banking details. Payments are processed either via postal and delivery service (cash on delivery) or through Stripe payment links. Stripe's own privacy policy governs any data collected during the payment process.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

GCM Covers (NRT Synergy SLLC) uses artificial intelligence tools in limited, clearly defined areas of our business. This policy explains what we use, why, and how it affects you.

2. AI-Generated Images

Some images on this website — including product visualisations, cover mockups, and background artwork — are generated using AI image generation tools.

All AI-generated images represent real product types, real materials, and real use cases. No image is used to deceive or misrepresent the nature of our products. The covers we manufacture are real, custom-fit, physical products.

3. Customer-Uploaded Images

When you share a photo of your vehicle with us (via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or Messenger), that image may be processed using AI-assisted tools for the sole purpose of:

• Correcting image quality (brightness, contrast, cropping) to better assess your vehicle's dimensions and features
• Identifying vehicle type, model, and relevant measurement points to produce an accurate cover

Your uploaded images are:

• Used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order
• Not stored in any AI training dataset
• Not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to complete your order
• Deleted from our working files once your order is confirmed and produced

4. No AI in Decisions

No automated AI system makes decisions about your order, pricing, or customer relationship. All order confirmations, quotes, and communications are handled by a human member of our team.

5. Reality of Depicted Objects

All vehicles, covers, and physical products depicted on this website — whether photographed or AI-rendered — represent real objects. We do not use AI-generated imagery to depict products or results that do not exist or cannot be produced.
